Konkan Railway Corporation Ltd. (KRCL) has been recognized as the top performer in implementing the Hindi language among railway undertakings for 2024. This prestigious recognition comes through the Railway Minister's Official Language Running Trophy, awarded annually to organizations demonstrating exceptional commitment to official language policies.
KRCL Chairman and Managing Director Santosh Kumar Jha, along with Satyendra Kumar Shukla - the Chief Official Language Officer and Executive Director (Business and Operations) - received the award from Railway Board Chairman and CEO Satish Kumar in New Delhi on December 26.
This achievement underscores KRCL's dedication to promoting Hindi across its operations and administrative functions, aligning with India's official language policies and broader cultural objectives within the railway sector.
