The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) in Bhopal organized a significant workshop focused on the *Official Language Policy and Its Usage*. The session was led by Gulshan Kumar, Assistant General Manager at the State Bank of India, Bhopal, who served as the guest speaker.
Kumar's presentation covered fundamental concepts including language classification, official language, national language, mother tongue, and regional language. He successfully presented the *Official Language Policy* in an accessible manner that resonated with the audience.
Director Akhil Sahay concluded the workshop by encouraging all officers, faculty members, and staff to increase their engagement with the official language in their daily work. He also expressed appreciation to the guest speaker for his valuable contribution.
The workshop was coordinated by Samta, Junior Translation Officer at NIFT Bhopal, and saw participation from the entire institutional community. The initiative reflects the institute's commitment to promoting official language usage in academic and administrative settings.
