Telugu Sangamam marked its tenth anniversary with the grand Sankranti Sammelanam 2026, transforming Sri Mantra Convention in Hyderabad into a vibrant hub of Telugu culture. The celebration attracted over 2,000 participants from diverse backgrounds, uniting under the shared goal of preserving and promoting Telugu heritage.
Distinguished guests included Jagadguru Vidyaranya Bharathi Mahaswami, whose blessings set a spiritual tone for the event, while Tourism Minister Jupally Krishna Rao and Minister of State Bandi Sanjay delivered compelling addresses emphasizing the importance of cultural preservation in modern times.
The sammelanam showcased the richness of Telugu arts through spectacular Kuchipudi and Perini dance performances, traditional Avadhanam literary events, and folk art demonstrations. Attendees also enjoyed exhibitions highlighting Telugu literature, cuisine, and crafts, creating an immersive cultural experience.
By honoring cultural icons and facilitating this grand gathering, Telugu Sangamam reaffirmed its decade-long commitment to strengthening Telugu identity and promoting the language's global presence for generations to come.
