Rajasthan's Education Minister Madan Dilawar announced that the state has completed compiling a comprehensive dictionary covering languages of all regions in Rajasthan. This initiative aligns with the *New Education Policy-2020* and Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision to provide primary education in mother tongue and local regional languages.
Speaking at a felicitation ceremony organized by the Delhi Chapter of the Rajasthan Foundation, Dilawar emphasized the state government's commitment to swift implementation of multilingual education. The dictionary project represents a significant step toward making primary education accessible in students' native languages across Rajasthan's diverse linguistic landscape.
The announcement reflects broader efforts under Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma's leadership to improve educational quality and ensure universal education coverage. Minister Dilawar also appealed to the Rajasthani diaspora to support the state's development initiatives in education, health, and rural welfare, noting that the Marwari community has historically maintained strong ties to their birthplace while contributing to society through philanthropic endeavors.
